Two months ago I had a free trail with MSN. I canceled three weeks ago because they are too slow (October 22 2002). And on Novemeber 14 2002 I accured a charge of 21.95 from them. I had a check out for 22.02 and only had that much in my account. This made my check bounce and caused 29.00 NSF fee, 31.00 Overlimit fee, plus the company I wrote the check for is charging me 20.00.

This now totaling $70.00 plus dollars!

I called my bank, they told me to call MSN.

I called MSN and they couldn't find my account because it was closed. They then searched by email addss. The CSR said it had closed on Oct 22 and didn't know why I was charged. She said she'll reverse the charge.

I then talked to a Supervisor to get them to pay for the fees, she was rude and a b***h. Said that it was cancelled on Oct 23 and that was the bill date. (I was charged 3 weeks later? I don't think so!) I told her that the other CSR said it was closed on the 22. She got snotty and said they wont pay for my fees.

This is retarted! This was an unauthorized charge with made me occur these fees and now they wont annie up!! This is a sup and she didn't give a s**t about what has happened.
She told me I could try to talk to the cancelation department to see if they'd do it.

They said the same thing.

So here I am eating 70.00 dollars because of this shitty company that doesn't give a d**n about its customers or potential customers. They should be stopped! This week I don't have money to buy food or diapers.

STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES THAT DON'T CARE.

I agree, MSN is a rip off. I signed a contract for two years and it was so slow I cancelled. They refused and they were charging my credit card. My credit card Capital One was charging me monthly fees.

I finally paid off credit card. Asked MSN to put on my debit card. Capital One canceled for a whole 24 days. Sent me a letter stating that there was a new charge that I did not authorize and added a monthly charge.

Therefore I am paying 19.95 on my debit card and 19.95 on my credit card plus 15.00 on my monthly charge for the credit card I do not want. All for a internet service I do not use. I am a single mom, full time student living on $1000.00 a month. I can't afford this.
