I recently received on my banking statement a charge from Microsoft Online Service of $44.00 for something or another; as I do not usuallly use MSN's pay usage services (other than XboX Live, which is $5.95 monthly), I was alarmed as to why my account would be billed - especially if I'm being billed for something I didn't order or receive...

I attempted to contact MSN via phone (there is a number listed with all transactions, the number listed for this one was 800 386 5550), sat on the phone for two hours without reaching a single member of the customer service staff; could it be MSN has fired their human staff, or was everyone on a 2 1/2 hour cigarette break?

I would like an explanation as well as a full refund of all monies illegally collected for non-specific and non-approved services by Microsoft.
