Microsoft Online Svcs ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, didn't catch it right away! I had to cancel out my credit card and start over. Internet
First part of May 2003 I signed up for the free trial with MSN via internet. I sent a cancellation and it was confirmed, however I didn't notice they were still billing me the $21.95 a month. I guess a person needs to pay more attention to their bill.
Because of this I have had to cancel out my credit card number and start over. It's really an inconvenience to me. I wonder how they can get by with this... and I have no way to contact them... just the Microsofe Online Svcs bill.ms.net that is on my credit card bill.... and when I enter that I get the site about it being a rip-off.
