I sent xbox repair center a 120 gb hard drive just shy of a month ago. I was anticipating it's arrival early this week well it came. I was excited to finally get it back because I only have 900 mb of free space on my 20 gb hard drive.

I opened the package and was preparing to migrate data to the new hard drive when I thought I'll just check the new one out first. I powered off my 360 removed the old back up hard drive that came with the console and attached the new one I had just received. To my surprise, because I used to think highly of microsoft(that view has changed) it was another 20 gb hard drive.

I've been on the phone everyday for the past four days trying to resolve this issue. I've spoken to agent after agent a supervisor here and there and its even gone higher than that on the hierarchic ladder. The inept "workers" in the repair center have on file a 20 gb hard drive, this is inexcusable.

I sent Microsoft the proof of purchase by fax today, hopefully they won't have any more excuses and stop the thievery.
