To the Managers of Hotmail
Atleast, it USED to work (SOMETIMES)

This 'New' poorly thought out 'Authentication' is a JOKE.

I have spent 45 minutes re-authenticating with nonsensical 8 char words that are so poorly displayed as to be unbelievable(the bloody screen pops up every time I go back to the prev. screen!!) nearly 30 times today.

Is this yet another example of a 'Friendly Feature' that causes more mayhem than already existed with the MicroSoft Hotmail?

Do you guys even TEST the software that you put out, or is everything in perpetual Beta mode??

Did ANYONE take the bloody effort to try & see the results of your 'visual identification generator'? It SUCKS.

Yahoo does the same thing, and they make it readable ... your creation requires imagination.

In addition, it had buggered up account manangement from OE ... I JUST CANNOT SEND messages from OE anymore since this started Feb 1st.

This is probably my 4th email (my hotmail a/c anand_am@hotmail.com) is still stuck @ 2MB. Will somebody FINALLY do me the courtesy of a response, and do US the courtesy of releasing 'features' that are tested for USABILITY AND USEFULNESS BOTH??

Kindest regards

Anand
