Microsoft Services Network Deceptive Trade tricked and lied to us consumer fraud ripoff Redmond Washington
MSN (Microsoft Services Network) has caused us a year and a half of miserable, repeated technical problems as an "Internet Service Provider". They have continually placed all technical difficulties on us, the consumer. Moreover, we are locked into a 3 (three) year agreement with MSN stemming from a defective computer purchased from Compaq.
The web site, MSN Music is the only site that is exclusive to MSN customers and the site never works properly. Please be aware that I am now using a new computer with a new operating system. I have 13 years of experience in the computer industry so I know a little bit about the technical problems they experience and how they attempt to blame them on the customer.
We are growing tired of MSN's deceptive business tactics.
