I was reviewing my monthly statements and I observed three transactions that were unauthorized by the following: Microsoft Store MSbill.info 982, Redmond , WA. 11/3/23 $16.99 Microsoft Store MSbill.info 962, Redmond , WA. 11/3/23 $16.99 Microsoft Store MSbill.info 182, Redmond , WA. 11/3/23 $16.99 Microsoft.com, Redmond, WA. 11/4/23 $1.00 In summary, on November 3rd 2023, three (3) separate transactions were charged to my account each in the amount of $16.99 and an additional charge on November 4, 2023, by microsoft.com in the amount of $1.00. I don't have a laptop. Nor do I use microsoft operating systems. This is unexplainable. I do not know how this happened or occurred. Subsequently, I got the runaround from the beginning until filing this complaint with Ripoffreport.com. I followed the website I did my due diligence provided by the website and the information to no avail. I went to www.MSbill.info and made a direct phone call to the phone number provided 877-696-7786.

Technical support referred me to the website: www.help.Microsoft.com Note: that website is for customers that have account billing issues. I do not have an account. I spent over an hour and half, wasting my time trying to contact MS on the triplicate charges on the same day. Three separate charges. On the same day. Come on. Not once, not twice, but thrice. 1-2-3 they struck out. I want my monies refunded back to my account. In total $36.10. Respectfully submitted, Vincent D Franco Jr Denver, CO.
