Complaint Review: Microsoft

I wrote the microsoft corp at one way microsoft, Redmond, Wa and told them I no longer wanted the service and to stop billing my charge card, that was Sept 2004, they kept billing it to my credit card, i contacted the credit card comp. they told me the only way to stop it was to get a new card which I did. When I was contacted my the company I told the Rep. that I had wrote them, the Rep. told me that there wasn't an address... I told Mr. Qusgano I had got it from the internet. I could tell he seemingly didn't believe me.

I am a Sr. Citizen and I attemped to take care of this business. He told me I had no choice but to pay the two month. I told him to send me the bill I would pay it and file a complain... Please tell me who assists Older Americans with this type of situation.
