Microsoft has issued a unauthorized charge to my credit card every two days for the last month and a half and I just now noticed it on my statement. I called Microsoft and got a poor English speaking representative who made me want to bang my head against the wall. He kept wanting to cancel my son's X-Box live and I told him that considering my son bought that himself with a gift card that I am sure he would not be impressed.

I said multiple times over the half hour long phone call that I want MY CREDIT CARD cancelled on the account not my son's gift card which was a one time use thing anyways. He put me on hold and then voila.... I got a dial tone in my ear. This is SO OUT OF CONTROL that I have to call again and get another person who will be unable to understand the simple request of removing MY CREDIT CARD from the system..... GEESH!!!!

I allowed my son to use it to purchase a game off X-Box Live and I have most certainly learned my lesson to not do that again. For crying out loud... I would have guessed we could trust a company like Microsoft to not use my credit card and RIP ME OFF!!!!!
