 I spent money on a membership that didnt activate. I try to get support from these people only to deal with fruitless endevors. From redeeming codes on my xbox 360 console to attempt online on their web site. Each rep kept giving me numbers, only to repeat the same useless method that did nothing. One of these reps (Diego) hung up on me. These people just kept doing the same thing over and over. They were playing the game of discouragement so I would get off their backs. This was a disservice on their part. They did nothing to provide better service, instead kept doing the same thing over and over. I told them there will be an accounting for this. It's not about the amount of money I spent, its the fact that I paid for a service they didn't deliver, only to lead me in circles.
