MicroStar Auctions is a Scam!!!
I was scammed, via Ebay, by Alex Lapinskiy (of the Cleveland, OH area). I bid on three barebones systems (Ebay Auction# 1305239648, PENTIUM III/CELERON PPGA 370 BAREBONE SYSTEMS) and won the bid on 6 DEC 01. I submitted my payment, via Paypal (Auction Payment Sent ID. #6V714747CE6924621 Sent to: microstarauctions@yahoo.com on Dec 6, 2001 01:19:21 (taken directly from Paypal)) and haven't received my systems. My Paypal payment was greedily accepted on the same day I sent it, but still no merchandise.
I have emailed several times, left phone messages (until the phone was disconnected - Now the number listed on the http://www.microstarauctions.com website is inoperative. I get NO response at all. I understand not returning my phone calls (since I'm stationed in Germany), but not returning my emails with a current status of my order???
