I was priced gauged April 16 to April 17 due to
snow storm that blocked off all roads out of Cheyenne, WY. During the night the clerk was told to raise the
rates from $99 to $159 per night around an hour or two before I checked in. I
told the desk clerk I did not agree with the price even though I had to get my
family with three young children out of the storm. The hotel is not comfortable
or accommodating with my 3 young boys. There was no crib for the baby, the beds
were uncomfortable with only big pillows that would leave most people with sore
necks in the morning, and the internet was slow and usually timed-out. The

Hotel is not suitable for young families and is willing to change rates to take
advantage of families in need. Another family was stuck in the same situation as
I and was upset with the hotel services and costs. I call other hotels such as
Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton, etc, and none of these hotels raised prices during
the night. I love Cheyenne, WY, but this practice gives Cheyenne a bad reputation.
