Midatlantic Water Proofing has been a problem for me for going on 3 years now, cot excuse making, on why and how i still get water damage in my finished basement even with a 100%guarantee of the pump system they installed for $6000.00. In my latest episode of water in my basement. a service tech came out and said that my battery backup was no good and replaced it,>>>BUT THE POWER NEVER WENT OUT!!!...This had no reason on why my system could not keep up with the water and did not pump it out fast enough.
I have made numerous calls to them and would rather put blame on a NOR Easter, than say that their system works properly and back up their product...All i have ever asked for is a carpet cleaning, to try and save my carpet, but they would rather pay a tech to come replace my pumps that they say are working, than pay a carpet cleaner a hundred bucks or so, to help me with the cleanup that i have alredy over a thousand dollars on de-humidifiers, baseboard trim and drywall. I think this company and its management is a joke, and make sure you try all available options before you do business with this company.
