On February 28,2002 Mid Carolina Exteriors was responsible for replacing the entire roof of a double wide mobile home for an average cost of $7000. On May 28, 2005 Mid Carolina Exteriors was called back to my residence for roof leakage and the average cost was $5000. On October of 2012 Mid Carolina Exteriors was called again for roof leakage and stated "they are not responsible for the damages due to having leaves on the roof". As a today January 14, 2013 my roof is still leaking, my furniture has been damaged and my floor is weak in some areas throughout the house. Pictures were taken of all damages and all receipts are available.
