My wife and I needed a nice car to get around in as we were expecting a new addition to the family. I made the deal in good faith and purchased a 1997 Cadillac Catera with 47,000 miles. BIG MISTAKE.

Within a month the engine blew. We had the vehicle in the shop time after time for things such as... the trim falling off the body, the trunk leaking, the vent leaking (actually had an inch of rain in the car) overheating, electrical problems... the list goes on and on. Basically the car was in the shop for months.

Their mechanics were really part of the problem too, as one of them were fired for their shotty work... and he had actually worked on my car!!! I tried to get my money back... no luck. Julian the owner offered me another car because he knew they were wrong, but there was nothing else on the lot that I wanted or even compared to this vehicle, as we had searched a long time for this car. We simply wanted our money back, and felt that we no longer wanted to deal with them!

I even went to the BBB, but soon found that people who buy used cars have very few rights. I have learned two things from this... never buy a GM again (as they refused to help too) and never deal with Mid Missouri Motors. I now have a Toyota again and I am happy to say it is running great.
