Complaint Review: Midas Muffler Shop

My 73 year old mother went to have her brakes checked and serviced. She has a 2001 Chevy Malibu with 31000 miles on it. Her bakes were making a noise so she took it for service. They showed her parts supposedly from her car. The most her car needed was new pads and maybe the rotors turned. They talked her into new pads, new rotors and new calipers. A job that should of been under $200 cost her over $600, for just the front brakes. She does not know any better and put her trust in them to fix her brakes and not take advantage of her. But I guess they saw her coming from a mile away and she didn't know any better.
