Complaint Review: Middletown Housing Authority

Middletown housing authority is the worst place to live. they constantly harass the occupants. they always want more money even if you cannot afford the rent increases. the head administrator William "Bill" Visiliou lies right through his teeth. He will promise you something, or to do something but when you need it done, he will say he never said it. The office staff are very rude, especially Kerri pseudo sexy, and Dawn the blimp. both women are very rude to people, have an "i don't care attitude" and use their positions for power. The office manager Karen is also rude, often times pretending to be your friend and then stabbing you in the back using HUD as an excuse. They never ever show you anything in writing, expecting you to believe that their word is God like. anytime you contest what they say, they're shocked because they don't expect anyone to challenge their authority. when you challenge them,they become defensive, and like to write threatening letters especially saying they'll evict you. NEVER APPLY HERE, YOU'LL BE TOTALLY SORRY!! There are drug deals done in the building and parking lot which nothing is done about by the staff. the main problem is that none of the staff live here so they have an "I Don't Give a D***" attitude.

find someplace else, it's a lot better than here.
