Complaint Review: Midel Paschel

 I am a firefighter and I move to Texas several years ago... I somehow ran into Midel and he couldn’t stop talking about himself and all his fake a*s achievements lol... It raised a red flag in my mind because he told me a lot of info about his personal success stories.

When I got home I did a google search for his name and company. d**n, I couldn’t believe what I found on rip off report. I am so glad I didn’t even consider doing business or working with him lol.... I believe he now lives in North Dallas Tx..

Below are a few convencing claims Fong, other parties and I heard made by Midel Paschel over the course of two to three years for assuring us of his prominence and international outreach.  Related agents, managers or associates who can corroborate Mr. Paschel’s claims kindly respond. Politely help us learn if any truths apply to Mr. Paschel’s methodology.

From those told my clients by Midel Paschel are the following claims….

• I had a Bentley although I gave it to my mother (she allegedly expired one year ago).
• I can bring Mr. Willie Randolph (retired major league baseball player) on the phone as a reference.  He bought an existing business from me.  It is what largely helped him make the decision to retire since realizing he could make more money retired than on the field.
• I don’t know Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens.  I know his manager.
• I am now here at the NFL Draft.  I was just in the room with Geno Smith.  I did not talk to him for long but I did have a chance to introduce myself, give my business card and mention the fact I am a good friend to Jim Brown.  As a result Midel said on the next day Geno’s people called his office and signed with his company for representation.
• Trevor Ariza (currently of the Houston Rockets) and I are partners in the ownership of a Buffalo Wildwing restaurant in California.
• I've brokered deals for the opening over 100 Seven Eleven stores in the state of California this year alone. 
• Monica (R & B legend) and her husband Shannon Brown's mother opened a Buffalo Wildwings in Atlanta and now they wish to open one with my help.
• Bob Whitfield (retired from the Atlanta Falcons, ex-husband to Sheree’ of the Atlanta Housewives) and I once owned the largest music studio in Atlanta.
• I’ve worked with Alcon Entertainment (of California) on several projects.  The two owners are mere front men (named Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove).  The guy who writes the checks is who I deal with.
• My family and I have known 50 cent (Hip Hop icon, originally named Curtis Jackson) since he was a child.  Floyd Mayweather Jr. and 50 cent gave me over ten million dollars for investment purposes recently.
• Man, those hotel owners in Atlanta are now billionaires and I am a billionaire too (was voiced during a conference call and heard by four totally astounished witnesses).
• While in Las Vegas I stopped to say hi to Thomas Wynn.  His father owns the Wynn hotel.  We are working on a few projects.  
• Often I fly on private jets provided me by my clients.  When I sat with 50 cent and Floyd MayWeather in Las Vegas they flew me there on Floyd's private jet.

 Unfortunately I have also experienced Midel Paschel’s mischief as Fong can attest. From December 2011 through 2014 I represented a total of two clients who suffered large financial loss, anguish and a two year span of misleading information that subsequently ended in Midel and his attorney’s disappearances. As described by Fong, emails, text messages and phone calls go unanswered following Fong’s two written pleas for a return of his $52K and my presenting a formal cease and desist defining Midel Pashchel, Dave Vargas and United Strength’s negligence. The financial loss for both clients totals $105K while the anguish contributed to my clients led to an eviction from his condominium, missed development opportunities, relationship and marital strife. Significant erosion has affected my relationship with both clients since this has occurred. This week I learned from Fong the previous office location for United Strength no longer exist. This only adds more worry. Any reader familiar with Midel Paschel and/or United Strength Entertainment/Development Group entrenched station kindly respond.
