Midland Credit Management, aka/MLC Funding, a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group is fleecing America with their phony claims on junk debts they purchased. Anyone being contacted should dispute the validity of their debts, don't believe those phony affidavits they produce, courts won't accept them because they are hearsay and not admissable in most courts.

If you find them on your credit and they won't validate, file a lawsuit against them where you live, make them spend as much time and money as possible on letters, phone calls, lawsuits and anything else to cost them $$.
