Complaint Review: Midland Credit Management

Midland Credit Management I called Midland Credit Management about a bill they said we owe, the supervisor went on and on about the associate that I was talking too about wanting me to guess how old he was and how young he looked. After I got him on the subject that I called for, he never let me finish talking, then asked me if I had heard of time costing money and that I was costing him, and slammed the phone down. I've received several phone calls about an outstanding bill, I've asked for a copy of the account invoice to see what they said I need to pay for. No one can give me any information about what it is only and cash total, and I've been told the purchase was made in 1993, 2000 and now 2002. I've called Midland Credit Management, and talked to a supervisor. He started off the call complaining about having to do all the work, needing to cut the cord with the associate, then wanted to know if I knew how old this person was. I gave him the answer of maybe 20, and the supervisor went on and on about him being 18 but looking so much younger. I kept trying to get him back to the business I called about. He hardly let me finish a sentence, and kept going about about a conference call to Fingerhut he was going to have to be on shortly. Then when I tried to talk again, he asked me if I had heard the term "time is money" and how I was costing him. I told him he was costing me also. That's when he slammed the phone down and cut off my phone call. No one I've talked to can seem to give me any help in what it was that they say I owe for,not even Fingerhut. This man did threaten me with not even being about to even get a cell phone if I didn't pay.
