Midland Credit Mgt (MCM) months of numerous letters and phone calls San Diego California
MCM claims I owe on two CitiBank accounts. One for 838.12 and the other is some ridiculous amount of four thousand I believe. I do not recognize this last one though and sent letters asking them to send me documents showing that this is my bill and to show me my signature on the contract etc. Of course they have never done this. On the other bill, they actually told me on the telephone that I sent them a payment of 493.00 in 2003. I sent them this on a settlement offer! NOW, they are trying to get more money from me.
