Midland Funding / Pollack & Rosen, P.A. Midland Funding After settling on 3/17, was charged on 9/1 an additional $200 on a dormant account. That charge overdrew the account. Cannot get answers. Coral Gables, Florida
After settling a dipute (with all corresponding paperwork) on 3/17/009. Recieved a "Paid in Full" with no further action.
On 9/1/09, was initiated a Telephone Payment of $200 on a dormat account I no longer use, which in turn overdrafted it.
Unable to get answers from Pollack&Rosen, as I was hung-up on. Faxed over the information, which they say "never received". Filed Fraud charges with the bank.

I just won against these guys & my court documents show Pollack & Rosen located at 31975 US 19 North Palm Harbor, Fl 34684 phone# (727) 773-4240 fax# (727) 773-4241. Try contacting them at that address.

NEVER give out your checking account/bank routing numbers to debt collectors for making electronic debit payments.
