Midland Grove Condominium Association The small amount of elderly residents refuse to recognize that the condominiums are now owned by the majority of the residence who are here. The majority of the residence would like to have the opportunity to have control of what happens within their own home, many of the residence would like to be able to choose if they can have certain comforts such as in condo washer/dryer or the opportunity to have a companion animal/ fish-tank/ bird/ small reptile. None of these options are available due to the archaic association rules that the association refuses to review. Roseville Minnesota
I have lived in the Condominium community for close to 25years and I am sick and tired of the way people are bullied in this Condo community. If the association does not like3 what you say or do they put you on their "S###" list and they will do any thing they can to make your life as miserable as possible. They will find ways to fine you for anything they can, they have other people spy on you and report back on what you do, they will find anything they can to stir up trouble for you.
