Midland Hardware I ordered six self-closing gate hinges, clearly pictured as black on Midland Hardware's website. The received hinges were zinc colored. I responded and was told there would be a 15% restocking fee and I would be responsible for shipping. I expect either a full refund and prepaid shipping for return, or exchange of incorrect hinges for correct ones, with prepaid shipping for the return and for the shipment of new hinges.
They have offered an exchange, but not without the above fees. I feel this is an unreasonable resolution to their mistake.
