Midland Moetgage Co. they lied to to us about help with delinquent payment after sayng we qualified.. Oklahoma City Oklahoma
GMAC sold loan to midland and it has been pure H*LL ever since. after loan was sold it became a nightmare. we got behind a payments after wife was diagnoised we multiple sclerosis loan was sold in 2008 to midland. GMAC kept drafting payments until march 2009 and sending to midland very late after contacting GMAC to stop drafting. after 100 calls contacting GMAC they had no record of drafting payments from my account.
i finally contacted GMAC equity accelerator dept. they had know record of loan being sold and this was a third party co. now midland cannot take payments bi-weekly as we doing for 15 years. we applied for help throughtheir delinquency assistance program. 1st we did no qualify for it. a rep from contacted us to reapply for the assistance. we did and she said we were approved. now we are receiving foreclosure letters from this bull---- co. where can we get some HELP???
