Midland Mortgage Co. mislead and stopped us from getting a loan on our home they told me i had no thing in ng me alone anmy escrow being a new home owner i didnt know any different till a finance man told me i was being took advantage of by this time i couldnt get a loan they strud deseaved Oklahoma City Oklahoma
midland mortgage deseaved me they said i did not have equity in my house 1st year 2 nd year 3 rd everytime no escrow nothing i was not allowed to refinance my home i even had it re appraised we it at 77,500 it appraised at 146,650 they still refuse to do any thing they told us they would rear our payments to loan this was faxed over to us on july 2007 well they sold our home august 18 2007 on court house step we was never served papers from the court .. a so called person came out and suppose to have had me sighn some paper i want proof of my signature cause i was at the hospital the day i was suppose to have sighned it.
we did not receave any thing till they came out and stole 9,485 out of my safe and broke my childrens dolls stole jewerly on the 5th of december 20 days before christmas my kids was out in the street because they lied deceaved and they stole my above ground 24x24 pool. they tore my trees down they have pines that were 89 years old why told me if you have it appraised we will refinance you they lied and the women they were all being recorded we got them telling us do not pay any att. to any thing you get unless its from us well we got a letter from serrotti and we called ginger at midland mortgage ignore it well we did we lost our home ,they also charged us for ins. ins. refused to repair fix mold mildew mykids stayed sick , water was coming in all around , never put gutters back up ,it has caused mental things to happen we paid our own taxes on that house till they refuse to credit our account through the 6 years so last year we did not pay it because we was trying to refinanceing we were told again exact words were they have screwed you ovr it will be hard to fix it is midland they would even lie say they didnt get payment so they could charge 39.00 late fee sometmes 85.00 i started paying for them to have to sighn for the payment.
god forbid them to ever do any one els like that,they refused to take any money try to help us aftwer they had let it got so bad they said my neighber had inquired about my house and they gave her information isnt it against the law,,,
