I've filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland, Case no. 24-C-04-000900, against Midland Mortgage, Midfirst Bank, The Fisher Law Group, et al, its Substitute Trustees.

Clear and convincing evident of a willful and intentional violation of my rights under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Federal Trade Commission Act (FTCA), Federal Reserve Board Regulation B, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and an Obstruction of Justice.

I received a letter, credit forms, a request for financial information, and copies of my pay stubs from Midland Mortgage company requesting that I complete and submit to them for special consideration to enter into one of their special assistance program (including an FHA special loan program)that would help me rehabilitate and/or refinance my FHA mortgage loan.

The minute Midland Mortgage stated in their letter they would only notify me if I qualified for refinancing and or one of their special assistance programs they were in violation of ECOA, Regulation B, and FTCA. Midland Mortgage did not notify me accordance with Section 202.1 of ECOA and Regulation B adverse action, 202.2 (c)(1)(i)202.9 Notification of adverse action, and 2(c)(2)(ii).

Midland Mortgage further violated my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by not notifying me about their use of a credit report from a credit reporting agency, supplied to them by another lender. Midland had the company they purchase my mortgage from to pulled the credit report and pass it on to them to get around the law. The Fair Credit Reporting Act covers the use of third party credit reports also and an applicant must be notified if denial of credit is based on information obtained from the credit report.

I continued to make mortgage payments as Midland requested while going through the eligibility process. Midland mortgage proceeded with a foreclosure on my property without notifying me that I was denied or that I did not meet their eligibility process, while I continue to send in monthly payments for six months after the foreclosure.

They had their crooked lawyers Obstruct Justice by submitting a false affidavidt of service stating I have been served to appear in court to the Circuit Court of Baltimore, Maryland so that I would not appear in court to try to block the ratification of sale. When I found out about the foreclosure and ratification of sale was five months later when I received an eviction notice taped to my door by the sheriff.
