letter received from Tronto Canada claiming "your name attached to sweepstakes number 946-0834-007 with seerial number 9203-07 drew the lucky number of 09-03-1094084, which consequently was among 200 winners in this year's sweepstake in the 2nd category. You have therefore been approved for a lump sum of $125,000.00 credited to file with REF #: MPC074032.

All oarticipant wer selected through computer ballot system drawn from a pool of 33, 706, 009 names with different department and non department copanies as a result of the use of debit, credit and charg cards during the last holiday season.

Enclosed is a CASHIER'S CHECK in the amount of $3,500, you will be using some money from this first check in paying off winner's surcharges of $2,900. Your balance check of $121,500.00 will be sent to you as soon as your surcharges and adminnstirative fees associated with this winning have been received and processed. Your surcharges include taxes and insurance on the winnings.
