It's not the debt that bother's me, it's the collection letter itself. I havce been with this company for years and to treat a long time customer with a letter like this is unprofessional and nasty. The debt is paid off, no problem...Einstein.

Why don't you pay the debt you owe and agreed to pay. Collection letters stop. Simple enough.
