Complaint Review: midniht funding loan sharks

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY! THESE GUYS ARE WORSE THAN THE MAFIA

On Feb 2018 I was approached by a company called "Delta Funding" from NY, soliciting me "fast funding" for my business. We werer in a tight spot because the credit card company that we use delayed our credit card batches for three days due to "unforseen circumnstances" (which I was later told was their fault) and we needed to meet our payroll obligations. We have hired two new workers, and our expenses were draining our account (unfurtanetelt we could not sustaing these workers)

Delta funding emailed us the following:

"Congradulations you have been approved for funding, you can have the money in your account within 8 hours".

Due to the circumnstances we fell into this trap and accepeted their "approved offer".. next thing we know there was a contract in our inbox from a company called "midnight advantage capital".. my wife and I smelled that something is wrong since the name "midnight" sounds like a criminal company to begin with.. but since we had no choice we signed the contracts.. we proceeded with the offer.

I'm ashamed t even go into the details, but here's what the offer looked like: 

$18,000

payback: $25,380

Total fee: $2,600

We only netted a total of: $15,235 (after they took all sorts of fees) and we now have a debt of: $25,380!!!!!!

To make things worst the gave us a daily payment of $967

let me repeat that $967!

Imagine paying $967 for a complete ripoff, to pay back $25000 .. I mean the numbers are just straight out of the loan shark playbooks! Anyways, we started the daily payments and then after paying tthem a total of $14,897 the problems became worse and worse.. we had no money to cover anything and they kept drafting my account! after the account ran into a negative, we started to bounce. here's where it becomes crazy:

instead of a call asking what happened, I get a "visit" from some random guy .. the guy looked like a complete freak, walked into my office, looking for "Mr Dorothy" .. we aren't used to these types of visits so obviuosly my people freaked out.. after "letting them know" that I am unable to "see people" the guy said "he'll be back"... 

I cannot share what happened after that meeting but i can say this: PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
