Tried to add on a $500 dealer prep fee to the price of the vehicle for doing nothing but washing the car and the engine. When test drove, the vehicle ran smoothly.
When delivered the next day it ran rough.

I finally went down to the dealership that evening after getting off my 12 hour shift at the hospital and told them I wanted to return the vehicle at which time I was told I could not return the vehicle and that there was no lemon law in the state of Az. Which is a lie!
They agreed to fix the spark plug wires and plugs and paperwork which was wrong by about $700.

The car was returned to me the next day with new wires and plugs. I take it to my mechanic on tuesday for an inspection, 3 days later. He informs me new brake pads were slapped on and the rotors weren't turned because there wasn't enough surface left to turn them. Also the belts were dryrotting. That cost me $411.

Then the A/C compressor locked up not even a month later. Thank God I had warranty insurance but it still cost me another $109.

The AutoCap and BBB won't list this dealership as irreputable. Are they being paid off or what?
