I ordered a 2005 Isuzu NRR box van for our company. The sales guy said after the order I will have a truck in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks the sales person would not call me back. I started speaking with the commercial sales director Gregg Ball. He was a jerk to say the least and refered to me as the guy who wanted to watch my truck being built, not my name. This comes from a written list of items I requested when I placed the order. I asked the sales person to let me know when the box and liftgate were being installed so I could make sure everything was working when I took delivery of the vehicle. They thought that was just too funny that I wanted to check the vehicle before giving them $50K. After 6 weeks and every lie in the book my truck arrives. I asked them if they checked the vehicle prior to me going ther. Oh yes, its ready. The truck had 175 miles on it because of taking it to Morgan to have the box built. I arrive to get the truck and the light inside the box would not turn off, the frame and rear springs were painted full of runs by Morgan including the warning lables, wiring harness, etc. The switch was in the wrong place as instructed on my original order. They could not fix the light and I agreed to take the truck thinking it may be a simple repair. As I drove the truck home the front end shook so bad it made me sick. When I got home it was dark by then. I droped the Tommy Gate and the complete headlamp and taillamp system blew out. Midway tryed 3 times to fix the front end shaking and scratched my new wheels up all over. The headlamp wiring problem they could not fix either. The front end was so out of alignment my driver almost lost control of the truck on the 101 freeway. Midway did not want to pay for an alignment untill I complained for at least a week. I had to drive it to 32nd ave and Thomas to get that done my self. I finaly called Greg Ball and asked him if I could take it to an electrial repair shop and he agreed. I had the problem repaired and now I cant get my money back or a returned call. After 5 months I have a truck with a shaking front end, scratched wheels and a wiring repair not paid for. Buyer beware when dealing with Midway Isuzu. These guys simply do not car about you after the sale. They want fleet customers that just dont care. I would never even bring my truck there for an oil change. I sugust you go to Chapman or Bill Breck in Tuscon.

We appreciate the repeat and referral business we have gotten from our customers over the years. We value the opinions and information we receive about our services as well. It is not possible to continue to improve as a company without the valuable feedback from our customers. We wish it was always perfect but occasionally it's not. We will always work to be sure our customers are completely satisfied with their experience at Midway as we don't feel like we have done a good job until the customer comes back to do business with us again.

Thanks for the input!
