Midway Chevrolet ripoff Now my husband and I are stuck with a remaining balance owed to GMAC once they auctioned off the vehicle. Phoenix Arizona
In 2002 I went to Midway to purchase a new family vehicle. I ended up leaving in a Trailblazer with a lease agreement that had affordable payments of around 400 dollars.
I received a call 3 days later from my finance associate telling me to call him back regarding a problem. I called him back later that afternoon to only find out he does not work there any longer.
Interesting enough the Finance manager called to tell me they could not do a lease I would need to purchase the vehicle. I had mentioned to him I would not be able to come down this afternoon because I have newborn Twins and need to find a babysitter. He told me that if I didn't go down now he would call a tow truck to come pick up the truck. Rude and Crude might I ad.
Well anyways I went down there to sort this out and things were happening so quickly not to ad I had my newborn twins with me. That things were signed and we had the vehicle may I ad this was our only mode of transportation.
Well to end this story the payments came out to 600 dollars way more than we could afford. Also 7 months later when the truck was taken back to the dealer, voluntarily surrendering. I recieved a copy of paper work sent to GMAC approving us of a loan. Just to find out that the papers were forged with our signatures and had misleading and falsified information of myself working and making 34,000 dollars a year when I was NOT..
Now my husband and I are stuck with a remaining balance owed to GMAC once they auctioned off the vehicle. If anyone who reads this I would urge never to business with these Rude, Crude and Financial Destroying people EVER. If anyone could help me with this situation please let me know. I am still paying for their mistake.
