Midway Nissan Would not honor part warranty Phoenix arizona

Had transmission repaired using parts from Midway Nissan. Valve body failed within warranty period and Midway will not reimburse for the cost. Already filed BBB complaint and after several communications back and forth Giselle Cano basically told me to get lost. Have been trying to deal with this for 5 months and they are not doing the right thing.

I even offered to accept half of the cost back and they still will not do it. I have been bad mouthing Midway EVERY CHANCE I GET and will continue to do it EVERY CHANCE I GET. I have created a Facebook page today called “Midway Nissan Sucks” and will be recruiting people to follow it that I find on YELP etc. that have had any sort of similar level of service from any Midway dealership.

Once that gets going I will create a You Tube Video that shows the broken part and how I got screwed by them. I will also create a new email address once a month and leave negative reviews on YELP, Google, Dealer Rater and Ripoff report: 4 sites @ 12 months is 48 negative review they will get from me in the next year.

I will also create a new Facebook page using my AKA that I will continue to leave negative feedback until they decide to give me my 500.00 dollars back. At this point it truly is about integrity and doing the right thing and not all about the money.

 You filed a report with the BBB? You would have accomplished more by printing it out and using it for toilet paper! Are you aware of what the BBB and their BS is all about? Do you think the BBB cares about you? The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body nor law enforcement body. The BBB has ZERO POWER to do ANYTHING!

The BBB goes to great efforts to DECEIVE the public into thinking they are part of government...that's why they refer to themselves as "the bureau"! The ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their PHONY accreditations and PHONY ratings to anybody who wants to BUY them. The con-artists of business then hides behind the BBB as the BBB assists them to continue to defraud the public!

This dealership has PURCHASED their PHONY garbage and what are they doing? They are running from their warranty responsibilities as well as playing the PHONY FEE con-game for buyers. The BBB may offer you a part in their SHAM "negotiation" process. Remember, you are going up against a BBB paying customer, with the FAKE NEGOTIATOR being a BBB employee. Do you actually think this FAKE NEGOTIATOR is going to rule against a paying customer???

The BBB is NOT your friend. The BBB could care less about you. What they do care about is getting continued fee money from another slimeball car dealer which is running away from their warranty responsibility.

 They told you IN ADVANCE what they are all about! It DOES NOT cost $500 to do paperwork for a sale. This is a 100% purely BOGUS FEE which tells you with no uncertainty these car dealership slimeballs do not operate with HONESTY and INTEGRITY!

As such, it comes as NO SURPRISE this dealership trash would run from its warranty responsibility. I would contact the zone office and see if they will help you honor the warranty. Remember, one of the tricks of the Sleazy American Car Business has been to use BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONY fees.

These "fees" are purely 100% PHONY and that tells you exactly what they are all about and that's a FACT!

So what you have basically done is come to a Public Internet site and basically threaten to blackmail them through fraudlent methods unless they do what you want.

Yea...I'll just let you think about that for a bit.

At this point it truly is about integrity and doing the right thing and not all about the money.
- Of course it is about the money, and with your threats you have just thrown your integrity right out the window.
