Midway Powersports BLATANTLY lied so check w/ BBB first. FBI and Ebay investigating them too Spokane Missouri
They listed a boat as "fully serviced" and needing nothing. When it was delivered a week+ late it had a blown engine. I sent 12+ emails and as many phone calls to no avail. Courtney lied and has done nothing to stand behind his words. Kyle (the owner) lied and has done nothing to stand behind his business practices. I have filed complaints against them with the BBB (adding to the NUMEROUS complaints already filed) AND with the FBI for fraudulant and deceptive interstate business practices. They write ads so that when you read them they get your interest when in FACT........many are baseless AND BLATANT lies. BEWARE.........check them out. You'll see NUMEROUS sites with NUMEROUS complaints and if you check closely you'll see that their "positive" remarks are actually made by employees or shills. BAD, BAD, BAD RIPOFFS. Another of their practices is that they evade the Ebay "sale" by directing you to "buy" a certain way so that the sale that you THINK has been done thru Ebay, in fact does NOT get done thru them and you have no recourse. Ebay is investigating them as well tho and has been helpful in filing THEIR report with Federal authorities too. Don't become a number. Don't buy from them.
