Complaint Review: Midwest Auto Recycling

I purchased an engine from MWA then canceled 20 minutes later and got rude questioning and unwilling efforts from them to send a cancellation number. They questioned me on why I needed to cancel, mocked me and then I read reviews of their practices on a website and see it is common customer relationship for MWA. I am including some email responses from MWA that I find entertaining but frightening in their customer perception. I sent polite inquiries on a cancellation number.

2-if you email us again we will contact the attorney general for harassment

Anyway, I felt a deep distrust in the information they provided on the car and the handling of my credit card number.
