I ordered their product, and then promptly canceled the next day, sent the package back unopened as instructed by the company, and was still charged. I ordered their anxiety/stress package through PayPal that included a free CD. The very next day I called and canceled it with a live agent, who confirmed the cancellation to be successful. She instructed me to to return the package as soon as I received it by writing "Return To Sender" on it, and giving it to the postman which I did the same day I received it. She assured me no additional charges would be charged. I was charged 64.98 on the 23rd of February! Now in April I'm getting my first only letter that they are sending me to collections for a balance of 389.88! They had been trying to charge me the whole time, and NEVER let me know about it which they said in their one and only correspondence that they had tried numerous times to get a hold of me due to this. I never once received any type of communication from them regarding this. I called them today (April now) and both women I talked to told me I basically needed to "prove" they had received my package back with pictures of my tracking number, confirmation of delivery etc. all of which I don't have because they conveniently told me to just hand it back to the postman and it would be fine. So of course I have no numbers. My credit will be completely ruined. These people are predators, and only cause even MORE suffering to people who finally reach out for help with their problem. They are liars, and I advise EVERYONE that admitting themselves to an Insane Asylum would be better than dealing with these people.

Why in the world would you send a package without getting a tracking number?  Seriously?!   Common sense would tell me that I would want to make sure the package arrived at the proper destination.  Things can and do get lost in the mail!
