Complaint Review: Midwest Pool Builders and Stonecrafters

Midwest pool builders and stonecrafters installed a pool at my home this spring 2021. They finally got around to doing the concrete in August. The concrete around my pool is totally unacceptable. It looks as if it was done by children. When I called to talk to them about it I was called insane by the owner Teri Harr and his wife sent me a text saying quit complaining and enjoy your pool. They told me there was nothing they could do about how the concrete looks.

They did come back two weeks later after I had some concrete people look at the pool. I called them I told him how bad it was they came out, they repaired a couple spots on the concrete coping of the pool. A week later it was cracking again and concrete is starting to fall into the pool. I gave them a bad review so they decided to not come back at all. They dropped my pool cover and the grommets which they hadn't put in yet actor attorney's office. Their attorney did call me earlier telling me if I would take down my bad post on Facebook they would come close my pool.

If I take down my reviews then other people will have the bad luck and heartache that I have had with this company. I cannot allow that to happen to anyone else. I have had to put out more money because they would not come and finish the job that I had paid them in full for. I have to pay someone to winterize my pool put the grommets in cover the pool and next spring try to fix the concrete. Other companies that have come to help me with the situation have just shaken their head when they looked at the poor job that was done. I have pictures to prove all of this.
