We hired Mihret Dahalic aka Bobby as a handyman/contractor to do some repairs on a property in Kansas City. Let him go because he was taking too long to finish and the quality of work was diminishing. Everytime we stopped by the property it smelled strongly of pot plus we were getting complaints from the neighbors cause he was showing up to work in the middle of the night and blasting his music very loud.

After he was fired we discovered himself or one of his crew (who were the only ones who had access to the property) had flushed about 80 pounds of cement and rocks (what the plumber estimated) down the sewer line in retaliation for being fired.

The plumber said the person that did that had really taken thier time to get so much cement down the plumbing line. On top of that It also cost thousands of dollars to correct the little work he did do on the property cause many things he didn't do properly and/or damaged.

Would like to warn anyone who is thinking to hire him of the experience we had.
