We listed our home with Mike Alexander and company at Chase International in 2012 for 3.8 million. After 3 months of lower than expected offers, we lowered our price to 3.5 million, one of hte offers we received 3 weeks earlier. We were told by "Mickey" that thos ebuyers found something else but he would have "someone" very soon. Wouldn't you know it, 2 weeks later, an offer for 3.3 million. we consdiered, but held out. Then another offer for 3.2 million. hmmm, we thought. Mike confirmed his "findings" that the market was on a slide down, poor economy, blah, blah. A week later, we received 2 offers, each for under $3 million. Far below market value in our area and for our property (6 bedrooms). As it dragged into 12 months with Mike Alexander, we decided we just needed to move the house, so we lowered our price to 3 million. 2 days later, we received an offer for 2.5 million. We eventually sold to those same people for 2.8 million.

What we realized was the buyers made a back-end deal with Mike Alexander and after they closed our deal, they sold the house 2 months later for 3.6 million! after doing some research, we realized that our house was listed as 'pending' on mls for the entire tiem we had it listed with Mickey. We had been scammed out of almost a million dollars and wasted 12 months of our lives with Mickey Alexander. Avoid him and his "team" of scammers at Chase International in Incline Village, Nevada.
