Complaint Review: Mike Allen Contracting LLC

Inquired on HomeAdvisor for a concrete contractor to redo my garage floor.  Was given name Mike Allen and almost immediately he contacted me, came over within an hour and a half and said he could be here with a crew at 10:30 the next morning (4/12). I should have figured at that point, he wasn't reputable with such an open schedule. He never showed up til 1:45 the next afternoon; no phone call that he was running late, no explanation. A real rip off artist. Crew consisted of a blonde lady who hosed dust down. Charged $925 for 2-1/2 hours of the worst concrete work that looks like a child did. No prep work was done and the concrete on my garage floor is lifting. Made 6 phone calls to have him come back to do the job correctly; he would say he'd be back the next day, but never came. This has happened 3 times. Very unprofessional demeanor; difficult to discuss anything. I am a senior citizen and do not intend to drop this matter.
