Complaint Review: Orland Bikes

Mike at Orland Bikes sent me the wrong bicycle, refuses to replace or refund my money. Orland California

I ordered two Sun Custom Cruiser bicycles from Mike at Orland Bikes in Califoria. Upon delivery on May 31st, I realized I had been sent two red bicycles instead of one red and one black bicycle.

On June 1st, I called and explained the situation to Mike and he told me that he had 11 other orders that were sent the wrong bike and that he would allow me to return the bike and have my money refunded, including shipping.

Later that day he called my home number and left a message on the answering machine that he would not let me send the bike back without me paying shipping and a restocking fee, even though it was his mistake.

I called him the next day, June 2nd, and asked what he was going to do to correct the situation and he informed me that he would replace the red bicycle with a black one and that he would get back with me on the details later that day. I did not receive a call from him.

I called him the next afternoon, June 3rd, to get details on the swap. He had me hold on the phone a minute and then came back and hung up on me.

I called him back two more times and Mike hung up on me both times.

I called him again a couple hours later and he proceeded to tell me that he was not going to swap the bicycles or refund my money.
