Complaint Review: Mike Baker

Mike Baker is the worst landlord there is. We stayed in this rented house for 2 years. And when we left Mike Baker would not return our phone calls for the deposite for months. We finally took him to court because he owed us $1100. And when we went to court he completely lied about damages. He had the house totally redone after we left and the pictures were from right after they tore up everything. We trusted this man for two years. He is a shady landlord not to mention the furnise kept having gas leaks and we had no oven for a year. DO NOT rent a house from Mike Baker. He will rip you off.
