Complaint Review: Mike Daspin Michael Daspin Aka Edward Daspin ROCC Return on capital Corp ++

Mr. Daspin took my comapany for 100 thousand dollars back in 04-05 before all these others that are listed on rip off report. I know there were more before me. On his website http://pblog.emichaeldaspin.com/static.php?page=static080728-094314 he post that there is no credit to any of the people who are trying to get their money back from the one sided contracts that he gives despirate hard working business owners. He will eventuly get you to sign a contract & post some money from wherever you can get it. He will tell you he will match it or come up with some way or another to get your money by stating he will work with you and his accredited partners will help you all the way to generation a new business, holding company ++ that will generate X amount of dollars. He makes people wait for a long time as if he is working on something important for the appointments kept. Strolls into the meetings like he is somebody. Daspin is a crook of the highest calibur. He must have been reading con artist books his whole life. One thing I do know the people closest to him "Partners" have had to change their names in seperate deals as he has because of his con artist ways, as a con would do. I would say stay clear of this guy but if your reading this your already in need of money or your business is failing and you need capital in one way or another. You might even be inticed to give him money to do crooked deals with him as I know some of the partners he has suckered into becoming a partner in dreams of creating welth  and companies and all his 300 something business deals he has displayed on his walls or money he gives to presidential dinners to get a hand shake picture with the top brass of the country.

This guy is a piece of work and I somewhat admire him for taking my 100k. See I have been working for the last 12 years to pay that money back to the lenders based on my empty promise from the partners from ROCC Return on Capital Corporation. I have devoted myself to help business and I am making an OK living. If it werent for getting lured into rasing the money and going through all thee motions of getting taken for a large sum of money I may not be as aware of such scams at such magnatude. I am not even sure which name we even did the deal under because they were so all over the place with wanting to incorporate shell companies after shell companies that I was confused but impressed that they were going to help me. Well, long story short I lost 100k to Daspin. If anyone has read his latest news Larry May and Ed Daspin MacKenzie Mergers and Acquisitions, Inc are scaming people.
