Called Nissan on Merritt Island on Tuesday Aug 22, due to my maintenance light on( just received an oil change in June) when I spoke to Leona is service she told me I had 2 recalls on my vehicle, since it is still under warranty, I am eligible for a loaner car. She then made my appt for Thursday the 24th.

I get there Samantha was nice and come to find out I get 2 free oil changes per year but was told when I bought the car I have 24 months. So she gets the mileage off my car and does her paperwork. I go sit in waiting area for loaner vehicle which they did not have ready not anyone new about it. The Leona chick had a VERY nasty attitude and was RUDE! She was curt with me. She goes to " find " me a  loaner which were her words. She came back in to tell me she has a loaner but there is trash on the floor and when i bring it back make sure the tank is full!! REALLY??!! When i went to sign the paperwork I told her I am not paying for gas when the car is dirty! and im now late work and this is ALL an inconvenience! She didnt care, she said "i didnt even circle the gas".

She walks off to go get th car i guess cause she didnt say anything.The service manager Billy Stephens approaches  me, no good morning, hello. just I hear you dont want to adhere to the restrictions of the loaner car, I explained to him the inconvenience of this whole ordeal, he didnt care either. he told me the shuttle will be here to give me a ride to work @ 8 and walked off. I will NEVER return my vehicle here nor refer this dealership
