Complaint Review: Mike Gabby - Boss Ultra - Boss Optima

Mike Gabby and his team at boss ultra can care less about the carpet cleaning technicians. They have been sitting on a check that they were going to send out for two weeks now. I completed the job December 22nd 2017 it's now January 3rd 2018. I have barely recieved a response from Mike Gabby at boss ultra: "my apologies on the delay of your payment i will personally have this payment sent out for you immediately. due to the holidays somehow payment was delayed Mike Gabby 480-456-0120 " If your contemplating doing work for this company that sub contracts work to other carpet cleaners in the United States. I would stay away far away. BOSS ULTRA claim to be " America's #1 Carpet Cleaning Service Call 1- 800-566-9814. " this is FALSE. Through reading all the other reviews on this company it's true they prey on the elderly and upsell them to spend ridiculous amounts for Carpet cleaning service and then they request the technician to do the job for probably 50% of the actual job.
