Complaint Review: Mike Gann

I took my female ShihTzu to Mike to get bred by his male. She had 5 pups and 2 lived. When I went to pick up the 2 pups we met at a place and he handed over 2 pups. I told him well since she likes your mom so much let her stay there till next next and breed her again and we will split litter. I gave him a female Shih Tzu for taking care of her.  He said to me in August she had 5 pups, and they were already sold for 2000.00, when ready to go he'd give me my 1000.00. He kept making excuses about sending me my money for the pups. Found out from other people he sold them and no longer has Sissy my female. I also gave him a female Toy Poodle, and was to get a puppy of my choice for her.  I found out he sold her for 200.00, after someone wanted her and was willing to pay 1000.00 for her.

Then also found out from a phone call that he took a down payment of 200.00 for a Boerbol, she has not heard from him since.

Also found out through a phone call that he traded a male Bulldog for 2 mix puppies and sold the pups as a full blooded Yorkie, she was a Pom. mix, and the other as a French Bulldog, it was a Pug mix, but the Bulldog was someone else he was keeping.

Then he also used the name as Ricky breeding a Olde English Bulldog to a ladies English Bulldog, telling her it was a Valley Bulldog.  The dog wasn't even his, it was a friend's dog. He told the breeder, yes she took, but at the time of delivery he said she didn't take.  No one nows for sure if she did or didn't.

This has been going on for over a year and he needs to be stopped or more complaints need to come in on him.
