Complaint Review: Mike Grotton - Gamedevilonline.com

I have purchased a Playstation 2 mod chip (DMS4 Pro) and installation package on July 19,2005, totaling $95.60. I paid via paypal with echeck and payment was recieved on the 22nd of July. And this person sent me a ups label and was shipped the same day. The package was recieved on July 27,2005.

On the website (www.gamedevilonline.com) it states that shipping would take 3 business days and the installation would take 72hrs (3days). Then to recieve the package it would take another 3 business days for delivery.

Well today is Aug 8th, 2005. This company or Mike Grotton, stated that my console was finished on Sunday July 31st and would be shipped Monday Aug 1st, 2005. This did not happen. I emailed him back asking if it had been shipped plus to send a tracking number. Then Mike Grotton had not emailed me for the next 4 business days.

It wasn't untill i had to threaten him with paypal and a Better Business Bureau. Then he sent an email stating it would be shipped Friday Aug 5th 2005. I emailed him back and asked for a tracking number. Mike Grotton said he would ship it ups express (2days) being that this has been a big delay on his part.

Today is Aug 8th 2005 3:41pm MST and he has just emailed me to verify my shipping address. Note he has not shipped on any of the days he said he has been sayin to.

To all other people that are intrested in mod chips and modding a Playstation 2 i STRONGLY advise you to not purchase anything from this person (Mike Grotton) or www.GameDevilOnline.com. As they will only give you a run from money and fill your email address inbox with lies and misconception. Now i'm am really unsure if i will recieve my console. My next step is to fill out a report with paypal.com for fraudulent merchants.
