Mike Harvey Instant Cash Empire Software does not work. Won't even load the site My server expert says written wrong can't work Secret, Internet
Purchased software. Tried for two months to set up one website using it and it was not possible. Dealing with their support they repeatedly told me it was my problem with my server. I finally went to my server and spent several hours with the server technicians trying to get ICE software to load the server and it would not. Not for me nor for my server technicians. After much consultation and examination of error reports and many work arounds tried, it was determined that the software does some wierd stuff and will never load onto a modern server. Since the Mike Harvey claim was for any hosting company would work except one named host which I did not have, I was told explicitly that the software was poorly written and could not work on most modern servers.
At that point reporting it to support did nothing. Support's answer was to stop responding to my emails. Many Many times I have requested my money be returned and still they ignore me. However they keep on sending me spam of other offers twice a day. So If I purchased their flagship product and it was a failure and they won't even return my $37 why would I ever purchase anything else from them? Save your money and purchase site building software that WORKS. Don't waste your time with Instant Cash Empire--ICE
