Mike Hawkins currently owes at least 15 people(contractors and customers I personally know.) He has ripped off people for the last 25 years. He lied about his GC license, past work history, and has an obvious drug problem. DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM ARTIST! He has WHITE HAIR, is always sniffing(obvious cokehead) and will try and get a deposit for drugs.
